Ozilgoal Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Photos and Data

1. Who we are

Ozilgoal is a small independent service that turns one photo of you into a 15-second vertical goal video. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What we collect

1. Account information. Your name, email address and sign-in identifiers (email and password, or Google sign-in), so you can log in and keep your credits and videos.
2. Your photo. The photo you upload to make a video. You confirm it is a photo of you, that you are 18 or older, and that it is not a celebrity or anyone else.
3. The videos we make. The finished MP4 and the record of the task (time, status, credits used).
4. Payment records. The order, amount and status reported by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Basic technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service working, prevent abuse and understand which pages are useful.

3. How we use it

• To make your video from your photo and let you download it.
• To handle credits, payments, failed videos and support requests.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent misuse, including uploads that break our terms.
• To improve the site, using aggregate usage data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photo to identify anyone, and we do not use it to train our own models.

4. Who processes it for us

Your photo is sent to the third-party AI video providers we use to generate the clip. They process it only to return the video. Other providers help us store files (cloud storage), run the site, take payments and send emails. Each handles only the data needed for its job. Because some of these providers are outside your country, your data may be processed in other countries.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your photo and videos so you can find them in My Creations and download them again. We keep payment and account records for as long as the law and our accounting require. If you want your photo, your videos or your account deleted, contact us and we will remove them, except for records we must keep by law.

6. Security

Files are stored with a reputable cloud provider and transferred over encrypted connections. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not upload photos you would not want processed by an AI service.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it where the law gives you that right. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will answer within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Ozilgoal is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data.

9. Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site.
